Which cities are covered?
San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Berkeley and South San Francisco. More Bay Area cities are added as their open data becomes available.
The app did not save my spot when I parked.
In iPhone Settings > SweepBay, set Location to Always with Precise Location on, and make sure Auto-detect parking is on in Settings & Help. You can always tap Park here instead.
I am not getting reminders.
Allow notifications for SweepBay in iPhone Settings and check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not hiding them. In the app, Settings & Help > Send a test reminder checks it in 5 seconds.
The schedule for my block looks wrong.
Signs on the street always win. Send it through Tell us in the app with the block and what the sign says, and it will be fixed in the next data update.
How often is the cleaning data updated?
About every three months, with each app update. The date of your data is shown at the top of Settings & Help.
Your parking spots, cars and settings stay on your phone. There is no account, and street cleaning lookups happen on your device, so your location is never sent to the developer. Read the privacy policy.
